The service was excellent - Mario was extremely helpful and kind. He directed us to a location where we could pick out the best tiles for our kitchen, and let us borrow his tile-cutting supplies for a months - which was helpful for us, because we had no prior experience to tiling a kitchen. 10/10, would recommend.
So happy we chose Brothers Floor Covering. After some water damage we decided to remove our carpets and replace our entire 2nd floor with LVP. Marius made it so easy and walked us through the entire process. Spent as much time as we needed looking over options. Very knowledgeable and professional.
I reached out to the company to have carpet replaced and install hardwood due to Douglas Homes awful finishing on the stairs and carpet coming apart after only one year. Marius was kind enough to send over Dorin who will remedy the crappy job Douglas Homes has done. They were the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommend them!! Thank you Marius and Dorin. Perhaps Douglas Homes would be wise to hire a reputable company like them who take pride in the work they do!!
We put Vinyl flooring in our entire upstairs. We checked out a few places, but the prices and customer service at Brother’s was what sold us. Marius was super friendly and helpful, and he made the whole process easy! We installed ourselves, and Marius helped us through the entire process and even lent us some tools to get the job done. We will be going with brothers again next time.
We had the great fortune of being able to work with Marius for a few months until we decided on a proper color of our new carpet and our budget. He was exuberant, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient with the decision making process which took me so long! Marius went out of his way to even order larger sample sizes so I could get a better idea of the Color swatch on my existing carpet. He was honest and supportive through the process. His communication even outside of his work hours to ensure that our install timeline was easily on target was exceptional. Marius is not a 9-5 customer in and gone kind of guy. He truely IS his job and is incredibly professional.From initial colors to swatches and paperwork, all the way to install and aftercare, Marius was with us every step of the way. My hubby (Russ) adored the espressos, chocolates and macadamia nuts whenever we would visit the shop. Marius is a true European! Spoiling the customers even before we became customers!Once my mind was set on color it was literally within a week to get install organized. Roy and his son were extremely diligent and meticulous with the install. Our front staircase is a very difficult style to work with and they made sure to take their time without cutting corners (pun intended). It was very laborious for them to deal with 2 staircases and never once complain about the project. They always showed up at 8:00 am on the dot and never left until 5 each day. They worked hard and carefully to ensure proper installation. They were efficient and tidy with their clean up each day.Even when there was a need for a few quick add ons after the project was done, Marius had Roy come over the following week to finalize everything without hesitation.We had our previous carpet for 11 years (the light colored one) and this was a fresh new color scheme. It had to hold up to future cats and any stains/odors! This color (melted chocolate) is absolutely gorgeous in our home and feels like magic under our feet when we walk on it. We had 2 rooms, 2 hallways and 2 difficult staircases done in 4 days! All with new underlay! The transformation is huge!!Marius is a man of details, professionalism and delivery!
