Can't thank George & co. enough for our beautiful new carpet on our basement stairs. Anna helped us pick out the perfect material in their showroom and the material was ordered and installed within a couple of weeks.We had a unique situation with our drywall being flush with the stair stringer on one side and George, with his 40 years of experience, came up with the ideal solution right away. He then took the material to a nearby shop to have the edge bound and the whole job was done by the early afternoon.We couldn't be happier with the entire experience and would not hesitate to work with Exel Flooring in the future.
After finishing the basement on our home we wanted to have wool carpet installed on the stairs and a matching area rug. We knew the product we wanted, Nature's Carpet, having had it in a previous home.The team at Exel were great to deal with. They provided the product we wanted at a fair price. Everything happened on the schedule they told us to expect. The installation went very smoothly and looks terrific. My husband and I have been slowly renovating our home for the past 5 years and finally it was time to get our kitchen floors replaced! Our old kitchen floors were poorly done, it had 3 layers of flooring under it from previous people just laying down vinyl on top of vinyl. It had creaks and was uneven in places.We got quotes from 3 different companies but in the end we decided to go with Exel. Fotis had come to do our consultation and was extremely patient and took the time to look at the condition of the floors. We felt compared to the other companies, Exel actually cared about not just making our floors look good but also fixing all the issues we had such as the creaks.Everyone at Exel was so friendly and easy to work with, just a group of genuinely kind people.We are over the moon with how good our floors look! For almost a week after getting them done my husband and I just looked at eachother and smiled because we are just so happy with them.We have lots more floors in our home that need to be done and we couldn't imagine hiring anyone else!P.s.
