Does the work himself along with a partner which is great because he was able to share his background and how he got into the business! Dustin came out and stretched carpet in two different rooms for me as well as installed new carpet in the master bedroom and hallway! While working in the steps dusting noticed a soft spot on my landing and took the initiative to fix it for me! We couldn’t be happier with our experience! His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he did everything he said he was going to do. We had waterproofing done, and he worked as quickly and efficiently as possible so we could get our bedrooms back, which we truly appreciated.The quality of the laminate and carpet is outstanding — everything looks beautiful and professionally installed. His attention to detail really stood out, especially removing the baseboards so we didn’t have to add quarter round, giving the floors a clean and seamless finish. He also came back to take care of a few small imperfections without hesitation, which shows real pride in his work and commitment to customer satisfaction.We highly recommend him and would absolutely use him again when we redo the upstairs!
