We just had our floors refinished and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Our floors look beautiful. Tony was very detailed with his estimate, was professional and answered our questions timely. Tony, Matt and all the guys at Williams did a phenomenal job refinishing our old oak floors in 4 bedrooms. Absolutely stunning with expresso stain and satin topcoat. And they did it in super tight timing before we moved in, during the holidays, really appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond!
I came in to pickup Bona sealer & finish and was provided with excellent service by a knowledgeable individual. Not only did they direct me to what I was looking for but offered a lot of advice with my DIY refinishing in general.Mistakenly, I walked out the door without two of the five finish hardeners and I called in and was told they'd ship it out to me that day.Overall I've been really impressed with the level of care and service I was given. Williams installed hickory flooring to cover nearly our entire first level in April, 2022. Tony was our salesman. We had two installers and Indra finished the floors for us (natural sealant). Everyone was pleasant and responsive in communication and while working. We noticed a spot (across 5 boards) which was over-sanded (?) the day of the final sealant coat. It is difficult to tell through these photos, but is more obvious in person. Toni assured us that spot would be fixed and, upon his request, I paid him 90% of the total cost. Then they stopped responding. I tried communicating with the company repeatedly to get them over to repair that spot. Then I got a bill in the mail a few weeks later for the remainder of what I owed. After I immediately expressed my frustration to Tony, the owner (Jim) called me and apologized. He agreed it was bad business to be unresponsive, leave a bad looking floor (5 boards are scuffed), and then bill me the remainder. He assured me they would be over to try to correct the bad boards. He said however it was likely they would need to re-sand the entire floor and reseal it. I said OK but I had already moved my furniture back in over a month ago. He assured me they could move all of it and that they would be over in the last week of June. He said they were very busy but we would be a priority and he would reschedule other jobs to ensure it got done. I never heard from him again. When nobody showed up, I called Tony that last week of June and he just told me he didn’t know what kind of arrangement the owner made with me and couldn’t help me. I haven’t heard anything from anybody since then.
We used these folks to repair and refinish a 400 square foot hardwood floor in our second floor studio. They did a wonderful job. They were on time and very diligent.
