Fantastic experience with this company. We had two rooms with carpet that was still in great shape, but it had ripples in it. The process to get a re-stretching quote and schedule the work was very easy, and the price was fair. Shane explained everything clearly and was very professional and friendly. The crew, led by Bryan, showed up when they said they would and did an EXCELLENT job with the restretching. We are very satisfied customers.
I recently had my whole house carpeting removed and upgraded with LVP flooring. I discovered Advanced Flooring, and I am so very glad I did.The first time visiting the showroom to look at the flooring, I met with Eric. He was extremely nice, personable, and knowledgeable about all of the flooring products on display, plus some. He took ample time to discuss and allow me to discover the best flooring for my needs. The sweet part was the flooring actually cost less per square foot than the big box stores, so of course I was happy at the thought of saving so,e money. During the visit, I felt attended to and not hurried along, unlike being just another customer in one of those big box stores.Eric then sent out another guy (wish I could remember his name) to come and do the estimate. He went throughout the house taking all the necessary measurements, checking in after each room to ask questions and to clarify the process. He was also a really nice, yet professional guy, so that built my confidence in moving forward with Advanced Flooring.After deciding on the flooring, I made a deposit, telling them I couldn’t have it installed right away because I had other work going on in the house (complete remodeling) that would need to be done before the flooring. However, Taylor, another nice and professional member of the team, worked with me along the way to make sure the house would be at the right stage and ready for install. They waited about two months, with no hassle or rush. I pulled the trigger and made the deposit early to avoid a potential price increase due to tariffs. I was very thankful they were able to work with my schedule.Install day arrives and Carlos and his crew of three showed up on time and ready to go. This crew was absolutely amazing: professional and very friendly, but absolutely serious about the work they were performing. Any issues or questions were handled immediately. They ripped out all of the old carpet and hauled it away, cleaned the floors and started the install. They even took scraps of the carpet to use as strategic floor mats so as not to get the floors dirty from walking in and out of the house.I was worried about one part of the install, because I have an adjustable bed and those suckers are HEAVY!! I didn’t want it moved carelessly, but it had to be moved to install the flooring. I did ask them to handle it with care, and I also asked if they could move it back into a certain position. These guys took extreme care with moving the bed and graciously moved it back exactly where I needed it to be. Bonus - they took cut pieces of carpet and placed them under the bed legs to protect the flooring, which will also help me in the future if I need to move the bed. That’s customer care!!The job was slated to be complete in two days, but at the end of day two, Carlos realized they would have to come back one more day to tie up some loose ends and finish the job. That was totally acceptable, and they returned when scheduled as promised. Still, I was astonished at their performance and the pace of their work. They moved furniture away for install, and put it back in place when each room was complete. They were extremely professional, efficient, and very nice.With the install complete I was a happy woman, and my new luxury vinyl floors look absolutely wonderful. The color is exactly what I wanted and the baseboards and floor trim look great. They even asked which color and type of baseboard I wanted installed BEFORE installing it!From start to finish, Eric, the nameless one, Taylor, Carlos and his crew were all absolutely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and straight shooters! I could not have asked for a better experience. If you are in need of new flooring, I can, with one hundred percent confidence recommend Advance Flooring. They will do the job right and I believe you will be happy you went with them!

People’s word of mouth is such a powerful tool when researching what company to go with for a service.My husband and I hired Advanced Flooring after reading all the reviews and getting several estimates from area companies.We were so pleased with the entire transaction.We had all our carpeting (living room, dining room, all bedrooms, hallway, and closets) and one vinyl floor (bathroom) removed and replaced with CERAMIN vinyl flooring (which looks like hardwood but won’t scratch and is “pet-friendly”) throughout most of the house, and Cortec Classic Travertine (which looks like tile) in a small upstairs bathroom. The stairs were recarpeted (because the builder’s grade flooring underneath was of poor quality) as per the owner’s professional opinion, using Shaw carpeting.The teams (one for the vinyl, one for the carpeting) sent to our home were professional, polite, considerate, and extremely hard-working. In addition to their quality workmanship, they cautiously moved and returned furniture (We prepped by emptying drawers and closet floors into totes). We were highly impressed with their skill, speed, and the outcome.Josh Osterhaudt (one of the owners) was very personable (as was the entire staff), helped us choose materials that would serve our needs, was clear about the job details, came to the house before and after the job, and the price was reasonable.It is without hesitation that we recommend Advanced Flooring.
I was floored, in the best sense of the word, by their attention to detail, speed, workmanship and exceedingly attentive customer service. When the job was finished and the workers left, I noticed an issue.Even though it was on me for not doing it on the spot, when I reached out to Eric (one of the owners) he immediately set out to fix it on his own the very next day. No drama, no hassles, just professionals through and through. I wish there were more stars to give; truly impressive throughout.
