The floors (COREtec Warwick Maple) came out better than I expected! I'm very happy with American Flooring and their employees, the price, and time in which they were able to start and finish the job. I have a few small critiques, but overall I am thrilled. The new floors make such a difference in my home. Brendan was a delight. Very professional and respectful, and called me on day 1 of the project and quickly stepped me through what they would be doing, gave me ballpark on when they would be complete and what to expect.
George at American Flooring is WONERFUL ! I called with a carpet concern 3 YEARS AFTER our carpet was installed. He came out to our home PERSONALLY to check it out. Within 2 weeks time there was a crew of 3 men who came to our home and fixed the carpeting back to original status....And on top of ALL that it was done with a SMILE and NO CHARGE !!!!! American Flooring Certainly stands behind their work with Amazing Customer Service. I will Definitely Use Them Again in the Future and Highly Recommend Them to anyone looking for Flooring and or Carpeting !
I booked an appointment for an in home estimate online and received an email confirmation. When no one showed up for the appointment, I spoke to a woman over the phone that said the online portal doesn’t work anymore. Rebooking seemed like an inconvenience and when I told her to not bother, I got the feeling she was relieved. Heads up to anyone booking using their website.
This place has great reviews so we went with them for having our carpet stretched. I am so so so happy for everyone who recieved A+ service but that wasnt the case for me. The employee who stretched my carpet cut the carpet too short resulting in the attached picture. It does not look good to me. So we had them come back out to "fix it" The employee came out to my house without contacting us first. My mother in law let them in and they decided to place a gold plate over it also in an attached photo... I do NOT like the gold color. I think it clashes with the flooring too much. It is also not flush with the floor it is bowed up slightly which you can see in the picture. My mother in law is no way shape or form the property owner nor did she pay for the work.The employee also told us that "The carpet was already like that." I mean correct me if I am wrong but isn't the purpose of needing your carpet stretched that you have too much carpet not too little carpet. I can appreciate owning your mistakes a lot more than lying to cover your behind. I called the company again requesting this to be corrected properly. It will probably be tomorrow before they make time to call me back since thats the typical track record for returning calls.Edit: Its been 2 weeks since I initally called them back the second time and no response. I am entirely disappointed in the work received and lack of response from this company claming to be flooring specialists.
We had the wood floors refinished throughout our entire home. George was very helpful and professional. The two gentlemen who did our floors arrived early (amazing!), were very polite and worked in a very timely manner, finishing the floors ahead of schedule. The floors look absolutely amazing, like brand new! 10/10 would recommend :)
