Starting with our first visit to DeMar Flooring, we were greeted by Stephanie. She was extremely patient with my husband and I as we spent many weekends at the showroom looking over samples, returning samples that we were able to bring home, and picking out new samples to try out that week. She went above and beyond to search other engineered hardwood manufacturers to find us the flooring that fit our needs and wants perfectly. DeMar Flooring was also able to give recommendations on installation services. We look forward to working with Stephanie and her team again in the future.

DeMar was fortunately the first name on my list of waterproof flooring suppliers. I walked in, stated my mission, and declared my ignorance. Stephanie Alesia gave me a concise description of what makes this popular flooring waterproof. (This turned out to be key as the contractor was loathe to put in the time to do it correctly and I was grateful to know the difference.) I was very particular about the look, not wanting “barnwood”; and Stephanie was great about presenting attractive, alternate types of options, pricing the examples of those options, and helping me find the perfect one. As I proceeded down the list of suppliers, it was clear that the variety of options was greatest at DeMar. No one else offered to educate me. When I ordered the matching trim, Stephanie verified the amount I’d been given which allowed me to order more as we would have been short. I cannot thank Stephanie and DeMar enough as all her enthusiastic efforts to find me exactly what I wanted were for a modest sale for a small area. I am very pleased to say the completed look is just as I had hoped.
So nice to be able to see the tiles in person here. Wasted so much time at competitor big box stores. Tons of selection here! Contractor says I paid less here than I would have at the bigger stores. Nice experience, leaves you alone to shop but makes themselves available if needed. I wouldn’t waste my time anywhere else. Tiles estimated to arrive in 2 weeks and came in 10 days.
