I can’t say enough great things about Tyler and his team at Discount Flooring! From start to finish, their expertise, service, and dedication have been outstanding. Tyler has consistently gone above and beyond to guide me through “all things flooring,” ensuring I make the best choices for my projects.

A few years ago, I purchased several pallets of LVP that were being discontinued but didn’t use them right away. Tyler generously stored them in the back of their warehouse for nearly two years until I finally had a building/project for them—now that’s customer service!

If you don’t see what you need in their showroom, Tyler will find it for you or recommend the perfect alternative. Their pricing is extremely competitive, and their flooring knowledge is simply unmatched in the Capital District. A guy named Paul immediately greeted us and pointed us in the right direction of our interests. He was very friendly. We brought our kids. So another guy made baloon animals for them in the back, clearly going over and beyond your expectation of friendliness. I should say that while they were friendly, they remained very professional.
