Went to Prosource of Albany yesterday to purchase floor and tile for our new build and we are very pleased with the service. Kirk helped us and he was a delight to work with, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He knew his products and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. A clean, pleasant showroom with a wide variety to choose from. We left there very happy with our choices and highly recommend.
We ordered carpets and were originally told 2 weeks for delivery. 3 weeks went by and nothing. I started reaching out at that point and kept getting the run around from Nina. She would either not have an answer, not call us back, or tell us the manager Jeff was going to call us (which he never did). My boyfriend eventually had to go to the store in person to hunt Jeff down. Finally, we were able to argue a full refund. We recommend Albany Carpet Warehouse 100% more than ProSource. Prosource was very unprofessional in their treatment of us as customers and need to do much better (or even any) work vetting their suppliers.Update: 4 weeks since the automated response since saying they would reach out. I've heard nothing. Maintaining or improving their customer satisfaction is NOT the priority.
Love their flooring. We love the Power Buy selection. Did a whole house with Georgia style. Just this week, doing a small room with another in stock floor.
