In 2021 I had planned on getting rid of my old awful carpeting and replace it with vinyl flooring. I went to several places trying to find a plank that looked good with my existing tiles. Some places had huge showrooms that had to cost a small fortune. Miles Flooring does not have an expensive interior. What they do have is quality vinyl and a great work team. My order was on backorder for months. Everyone was having delivery hold ups. I waited about 6 months. The prep I had to do took awhile. Getting everything off floors and emptying furniture and low shelves.It finally arrived and the installation was smooth and done with care. A super nice crew did an excellent job. Mike Miles, the owner, was great to work with. A genuinely nice person who takes pride in his business. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing carpeting, flooring of all types. You won't be disappointed! I'm grateful they exist in Albuquerque. I hope to enjoy my new, beautiful vinyl flooring for a very long time. ????? EditThere was a section of the flooring that hadn't been dealt with properly and it became an issue. I thought Mike would be happy to come fix it since it was an area that they "fixed" but didn't fix at all. I'm always disappointed in businesses that don't cover their work. There was no way I could have known this section was a problem. I called twice and was told someone would be out to check on it and fix the problem. No show or call back. That's just wrong. Taking a star off seems petty to me. Just come back and do the job right FFS. They knew that they fudged it. I'm still waiting.Edit: even though this job was completed a while ago I found some problem areas that I thought would be no big deal for the installers to revisit and fix. No one ever showed up after Mike said that he'd send someone over to check it out.So, try to inspect the job very carefully and look for potential problem areas. I have a section where they put a metal bar but it needs to have a special cut of the flooring material to cover the space. It's too bad that they never came back to finish the job.
Very pleased with the overall experience! Ellie and the rest of the employees there were so kind and helpful too. They worked with my schedule when it came to do the installation and the gentlemen who came to install were respectful and did a great job! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family
Where to start! I am very happy with my floor and amazing deals they offer. Good responsible company you can count on. Spoke with some workers and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I simply give them a 5 star review because that is the maximum. They put in the best work, working quickly and efficiently.
