Shayna at the Alexandria store on Eisenhower store was absolutely wonderful! She has a designer’s eye and a contractor’s mind. She listened to what we were trying to to achieve and she pulled tile that brought our vision to life. She’s very customer oriented. Pleasing and easy going spirit. Shayna initiated the conversation. She approached us ready to help. Because of her, we’ll be back for our next project!
I just had a great experience at this Floor & Decor.I was looking for caulk to match trim and tile in my master bath and Andre was incredibly friendly and helpful in finding the perfect color to match.Then when I was checking out, the 2 checkout counters were taking a while with customer issues and Ricki helped me out at the pro desk to they me checked out quick. I only had a couple items and it was really nice that he saved me 5-10 min of waiting.It feels like customer service in this country has been going downhill; somehow this store (and maybe all floor & decors?) have bucked that trend. There’s always someone with a smile and positive attitude there to help out.It makes shopping there a joy. They’ve got a customer for life.
Shayna and Willie were both super friendly and super helpful in picking all the right tiles and LVP for our basement! We’ve shopped the Leesburg store as well and they were great, but the folks here take it to a new level. Thank you!!!
The tiles that I wanted were on clearance and were cracked, but Willie showed me another patterned that was on clearance that was not on the showroom floor. I love these! He had such an awesome, calm demeanor, and so did the cashier, Marchelle. This store is the best one locally as they greet you and provide exemplary service!
