She was so helpful and professional and was very willing to expedite the installation to accommodate our needs and schedule. She was incredibly helpful in choosing the perfect carpet for our hardwood staircase. She was excellent with communication both via email and telephone. My wife and I have been customers of Crest Flooring for over 16years. They did the contractor work on our home, and we have had them back to install premium vinyl flooring and, most recently, to recarpet the entire upstairs.

Their salespeople are helpful and not pushy, and the people who come out to measure before ordering are very knowledgeable and helpful.

We have consistently been pleased with the service, the speed of ordering and scheduling, the quality of the flooring, and the people who come out to install it. The install team was efficient, organized, polite and left the space cleaner than they found it.

I recommend them to anyone who is building a new home or looking to update their home.
