Refinishing or installing new hardwood floor in not a small or cheap project. When the outcome is as good as expected, the effort and cost are worth it. Jim and team did a fantastic job refinishing our existing floor and installing new floor where there was carpet before. The team took care of every small detail including the vent covers. Recently purchased a 50 year old home with original hardwood throughout. The hardwood floors were previously covered with carpet which was removed to expose floors that were in good condition however needed a major refresh. I received numerous estimates and after Jim visited my property I knew East Penn would be my first choice as long as the price was competitive. Jim showed up right on time, and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. When I got my estimate not only was the price competitive, it was the best estimate I received! Due to my circumstances Jim was able to get his crew started almost immediately and they finished the project promptly and efficiently with excellent communication throughout. I could not be more happy with the results, the floors are stunning and exactly what my wife and I wanted. I have had family visit to see the change and have had multiple members think that we actually had the floors replaced, when I tell them that they were just sanded and refinished they were shocked! I cannot recommend East Penn Hardwood enough! Jim and crew are extremely professional and they are masters of their craft!
