We couldn’t be more thrilled with our shopping experience at Lomax Whitehall. Our salesperson Megan patiently walked us through every step of the purchase, and her product knowledge is amazing! She was helpful but not pushy. The flooring itself is very high quality and durable which is necessary as we have crazy dogs running on it.
We were thrilled with our experience at Lomax and were really impressed by the customer service of everyone we worked with. We purchased carpet for two bedrooms, a family room, living room, dining room, and office, and Dorothy and Megan were so patient and helpful as we decided what to buy, providing us with quick quotes and great communication as we scheduled the installation. We had a small mixup with the carpet we ordered, and Megan and Karen and the rest of their team resolved it within minutes and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our carpet. We appreciated how quickly they were able to install the carpets and are very happy with how everything turned out. We will absolutely use Lomax in the future!
We purchased ceramic tiles for a kitchen floor. All of the staff were extremely helpful and nice to do business with. We, initially met with Dorothy who helped us with advise on type of tile to use. We then later, along with Dorothy received assistance from store managers. The 1st tile we picked was no longer available and Lomax did the correct thing business wise in helping us with that issue. We paid for install and that's when we met Alex and his crew who did a great job with the install. We will be going back to Lomax Whitehall for a bedroom rug. Overall, great experience!
Just had my LVP installed and from the start to finish it was an amazing experience. Chris helped us to understand LVP and ultimately pick a flooring. The whole staff was awesome and helpful. Carlos and BeBe (installers) were great to work with, they came when they said and cleaned up after they were done and were very willing to answer any questions we had. We did have to go back in to possible order some 1/4 round molding but Chris suggested to do it a different way, since he was an installer he totally understood what we were trying to do and took the time to explain it to my husband until he understood what he had to do. Chris, Carlos and Bebe are a great asset to the team at the Whitehall location. Thanks Again
