Shadow Wood Flooring is the best in Alpharetta for ANY KIND OF FLOORING. They have now done 5 different jobs for me with perfect execution sometimes under impossible deadlines. It is family owned and you will never have to talk to any but the owners, Pedro and Miranda. The craftsmanship is bar none. And they under bid home depot for a quick job I needed and found a discontinued LVP wood for a patch job at another job saving thousands. I implicitly trust them to do the best for the least cost. Once the job is in their hands I can go on to other problems - because they have everything under control from the moment they start. Always the easiest experience in any house remodel or build. After receiving several estimates for new floors, my barber Neryk, suggested that I get one more…from his friends Pedro & Miranda with Shadow Wood Flooring and I’m so glad we did. While the other companies that came out to the house would spend 10-15 minutes taking measurements and making small talk, Pedro spent nearly two hours with my wife and I answering questions, discussing options for our staircase and looking through samples. His passion and experience were very obvious!We decided to go with Shadow Wood Flooring and we could not be happier! Their team of installers were prompt, courteous, and professional. Pedro, Miranda and the entire Shadow Wood team were amazing to work with from start to finish. After getting a glowing recommendation of Shadow Wood from a neighbor, Pedro was prompt in coming out and making an estimate, and Miranda was great in communicating and managing the project through the whole process. I refinished all the hardwoods and replaced all the carpet in the living areas with them. They assisted me with all the samples I needed to make my decision, worked within my time parameters (with sufficient notice) and did an amazing job. Even left my house cleaner than when I turned it over to them. Would highly recommend to anyone.
