Bob was great with us when we went to the showroom to pick out tile. We were pretty set on what we wanted and he was able to help us narrow our choices down. The contractors that came to our house were also wonderful! We had our kitchen, dining, entry redone.

Bob was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as we selected flooring and carpet. Our remodel was delayed several weeks and he held everything for us and when we were finally ready for installation he worked around other contractor's schedules and had installers ready to go on short notice. Yates is the only place we will ever go for flooring and we will definitely ask for Bob!
I am absolutely satisfied with my experience from the minute I met with Bob Jellison. He took the time to show me several samples of carpeting listening to my preference of the type of carpet I was looking for and keeping that in mind he explained the pros and cons of each sample I was considering. He suggested that I take some samples home to see if any of those would fit my needs. I made my choice, Bob came out and took measurements, gave me a quote then ordered the carpet I had chosen. I am very pleased with the carpet, the gentlemen who installed it and the service I received from Bob Jellison
