Bob overviewed our project and recommended an installation method that ultimately achieved a perfect transition height match to our adjacent flooring. His crew is skilled, courteous, and efficiently completed the job from demo and floor preparation to final finish. Bob is easy to work with, and he gladly responded to any of our concerns during the installation process. Overall, a great experience.
BCB flooring was excellent to work with. We had a very large job refinishing about 3500 square feet of solid Walnut and lacing in about 1,000 square feet of new walnut planks where tile once stood. The quality of the work was excellent and they were quick to address some issues that arise w the older floors. The laced seams were incredible - you’d have know about them to find them. Claudio Bob was so pleasant and patient, working hard to make sure we were happy with finished color before proceeding and working with me to review the options. Ask for Raul- he was courteous, professional and superb in the seam work, sanding, refinishing and installation. I highly recommend BCB flooring for new and refinished wood floors.
BCB Flooring did the staircase and installed wooden floor on the hallway. I could not be happier with the results . The experience was outstanding. Mr. Bob is a man of integrity. He worked hard , honest and with care . He made all the adjustments I requested with pleasure and respect. The quality of work is outstanding. I’m very impressed with his professional skills. Recently, we had the great privilege to have Bob and his team change our carpet upstairs and on the staircase. After finding the best laminate for us in terms of color, durability and design, the process went fast and professional. Bob and his team went beyond our expectations and did a fenomenal job! BCB did a wonderful job with our stairs. They were so easy to work with and were keen on getting the extra color we wanted. They were able to help us pick out the perfect balusters and installed finishing. They did a good job with the lighting too. Would recommend.
