The scale should be 1-10. In all my years, finally the greatest customer experience of my lifetime. Paul (owner) was honest, straight forward, concerned about me, answered all my questions about the large array of flooring options they have, with his 20-30 years of experience evident by his demeanor and approach. No upsale, explained the process (ordering, down payment, install and when to pay the final amount. G&K does not sell commercial (big box) store flooring, and will explain the difference to you. Just a fantastic owner who is professional and truely out for my best interest and satisfaction. The installation crew (Scott and Cheya) were a pleausre to work with - again skilled professionals, personable, hard working, helpful, and their work exceeded our expectations. THIS COMPANY IS RARE - nowhere (and I looked around) can you find this level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism that Paul and his entire staff posesses - go nowhere else!!!

Josh and Paul helped me pick out the perfect flooring for my kitchen and family room. Paul suggested that I carpet the stairs, which ended up to be the best suggestion. John installed the everything in two and a half days. Every time I walk in it looks like a brand new house! I would recommend G & K Floor Covering for all your flooring needs. If you’re looking to get flooring replaced and/or installed, save yourself a ton of time and go to G & K!This was my first time going through the whole flooring process and it was a struggle to find a local business that was responsive or professional. I was concerned that maybe the job was too small to be considered worthwhile for some places. G & K was not only quick to respond via email, phone and text but they were friendly as well. And the quote experience was night and day. Other companies would barely look at the space. While Paul showed up and thoroughly checked out the whole situation, lifting up vents and checking the subfloor. He answered all my questions and offered advice, all while never trying to upsell me anything. He was also chill with my large dog being very vocal about being shut in another room. :)Any time I went to the shop the employees were welcoming and friendly. There are a LOT of options but they are very knowledgeable and quickly get you on a good track. They also have large samples that you can borrow and take home, which is so helpful.Scott did the installation and was the best. Super polite, friendly, and he always left the area tidy. He quickly turned a mish-mash of random flooring into a beautiful cohesive space. It’s like a whole new house!I had an amazing experience working with the G & K crew and would highly recommend them to everyone and especially nervous floor newbies like me!
