Malak was extremely professional in her visit to our house and helped us determine the direction we wanted to go with new flooring. Her mastery of her craft is exemplary. We met her at the store a few days later to choose colors and set installation. We were able to get our new flooring very quickly. The installers were competent and clean. They took great care with our house. Malak followed up immediately with a few minor concerns and made sure the job was done to our liking. Had a great experience with The Flooring Company! Recently purchased a condo and redid just about the all the floors and ~50 stairs.Start to finish everything went smooth and was very easy. Malak who was my direct person of contact during the estimate and installation was always very helpful and reliable! I went with an engineered hardwood (condo required floating floors), and carpet.
