Frank and his team are absolutely wonderful. We have hardwood floors and decided to put a runner on the stairs to make going up and down easier for our pup. They helped guide us to a stair runner that we truly love, and we wonder why we didn't do this years ago. It adds elegance to our home and actually helps show off our wood floors. I would recommend Annapolis Carpet & Flooring to anyone -- they are talented, friendly, and quick! They also have a wide selection. Annapolis Flooring did a great job of installing our floor. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring. Frank took a personal interest in our flooring project and walked us through the entire process and did follow up with us after the project was completed.
We are SO happy we chose this small business. We are new to Annapolis and Frank made the process so easy to select a quality LVP that looks like hardwood and is the perfect neutral for any space, along with giving us so many tips and tricks. Sharing lots of pics because it was hard to find images online of what Desert would look like in a whole room. We love it! This was a BIG job, nearly our entire townhouse with 3 floors and 2 sets of stairs. We did the carpet demo ourselves but the LVP installation was impeccable. The installer, Bao, was so detail oriented, careful, and skilled to do so much himself (with one helper). We had a recent LVP repair done in another place and it was terrible (glue all over) so we know even more how amazing he did. It took longer than we expected but it was worth it. Can't recommend enough.
I'm so glad that I decided to look at the selection at Annapolis Carpet & Flooring as I'm over the moon with how my floors turned out in my basement. I love it! It's a completely new space that just feels like home!Everyone there was great to work with! Frank was so patient with all my questions and really took the time to make sure I was happy with my selection. He's so knowledgeable on theor selection and what all his needed. I really appreciated all his expertise.When it came time to the install, I was a little bit nervous as I was expecting the Luxury Vinyl to be somewhat thicker, but Carlos and Frank were exceptional and took the time to explain the product and make sure I was happy. I never felt pressured and they just wanted to make sure I was happy with everything. Carlos did an amazing job and he's so meticulous and detailed oriented. He made sure everything was right and even pointed out areas that I was not aware of. Sultan did an equally great job with installing the carpet on my stairs and was equally detailed oriented. I could not be happier! I truly know that the install will last a long time as they took great care and pride in their work. I would highly recommend visiting Annapolis Carpet & Flooring as they do an outstanding job and really care about making sure the client is happy.
