I literally cannot say enough great things about Shoreside Flooring. Ryan and his team consistently have gone above and beyond to ensure we got what we wanted and were happy with the final product all the way through the installation of our wood floors on our upper level and refinishing our downstairs wood floors and stairs to match. And to add on to that a few months post-installation, we had an incident with our cleaners staining our floors in a few spots and we were beside ourselves and didn’t know what to do so I called Ryan. He answered my call even though he was on vacation and he ensured me that he and his team would help me to get them fixed. Today was the day for the fix and Shoreside did not disappoint. They came over and within two hours resolved our problem and now we have perfect floors again! I can’t say thank you enough to the whole Shoreside Team! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Ryan was a dream to work with from the beginning to the end! So were the installers. We had a few hiccups during the install but Ryan was immediately available and ready to fix things and make it right. I would happily do business with them again. I love my new flooring!

They are consummate PROFESSIONALS, from visiting to discuss the project and make a proposal to scheduling and completing the work. They were very flexible working this hardwood floor addition around an ever-changing schedule of our kitchen remodel contractor. They were price competitive providing excellent value with a very efficient, stress-free and quality job. They also communicated well throughout the entire project and they travel well, completing this job in Chesapeake Beach. For all these reasons, they are our go-to company for carpet & flooring.
