This place did not disappoint! I have used them twice. Once just to order LVP because this other place could not get it in until February and they got it in a couple of weeks.The second time, I just had them pull up my carpet and put down hardwood for my basement stairs and LVP for the landing. The stairs do not look like hardwood (it is hardwood; stained to match LVP); they match the LVP perfectly!From the customer service and the entire process, they deserve 10 stars! And their pricing is reasonable, and not based on where you live. I highly recommend them! They will be my go to for any type of flooring from now on!
Edwhar Nunez and the crew from Absolute Flooring LLC did an excellent job replacing the carpeting throughout my second floor including the stairs and railings with beautiful hardwood. They always came on time, were professional and pleasant and cleaned up before they left each day. I love my new floors.
Fantastic price point and customer service. Edward Nunez walked us through from start to finish: estimate on site, planning, meeting at the shop, and house visits during installation. I would use this company again and recommend them without hesitation. They were very accommodating to my attention to details and coming up with solutions for unanticipated issues. Subfloor had slope unevenness, basement needed a waterproof vapor layer, landing and nose needed to be made even, existing kitchen flooring was made seamlessly to the new floor, and newel post was secured requiring an area of dry wall removal with patching/painting. These unanticipated issues were addressed well. The workers were as clean as could be, cut items outside, friendly, and trustworthy. Thank you Absolute Flooring.
Working with the team at Absolute Flooring was great and my floors turned out beautiful. They removed old carpet in two rooms, replaced it with hardwood, and then stripped the hardwood I had and stained it all to match. I love it. They also did a last minute ponywall removal and made the floor look like nothing had been there before. And made the area around my basement steps look so much better. I highly recommend them if you are in need of new floors.
Not much more to be said except that once again, the professionalism, artistry, and precision that the flooring installation team and Tony produce are second to none. My only point of sadness is that I’m now out of flooring projects in this home, and have no excuse to call again !
