Arlandria Floors fabricated and installed a custom stair runner for us. Their showroom has an incredibly wide product selection, and Raymond was especially helpful in ordering samples for carpet when the boards I wanted to see were already checked out by another customer.

I am beyond thrilled with Arlandria Floors. My original plan was to replace parquet flooring in a condo I'd just bought, but realized it would be more economical and environmentally responsible to refinish them. After getting estimates from a few places, I chose Arlandria Floors based on how detail oriented they were when we walked through the job and their professionalism. Raymond spent a lot of time with me going through options and ideas and recommendations. They weren't the cheapest, but neither were they much more expensive than the least expensive option. It was the right choice--Hector and his crew finished in 2.5 days and left the place cleaner than when they started. No dust, no mess at all. They warned me that I might have to touch up the baseboards after sanding, but they were so careful and precise that it's not necessary. The photos show before/after of the stairs, and the contrast between the dark old stain and the lovely natural color uncovered after sanding. I now love the parquet that's original to the house. Highly recommend.

Arlandria floors was fantastic and really helped me out in a pinch. I was finishing a project and realized that the shoe molding I needed to match was an odd size. I went to 7 different stores—big box stores as well as flooring specialists—before going to Arlandria floors. Everyone else I visited told me that the size I needed (3/4 x 3/4 shoe molding) did not exist and I’d have to accept a different size that wouldn’t transition well. Arlandria was able to give me exactly what I needed and the results were fantastic. Justin was extremely helpful. Pics of final product below. They custom made a perfect size and color match for me.
