Dominion Floors

We recently had our master bedroom closet renovated and of course the original owners didn't install hardwood under the original closet cabinetry. Our new cabinetry didn't cover up all of the areas that lacked flooring. Dominion saved the day. They were able to piece in new matching wood, add baseboard and molding, and matched the stain from the adjoining rooms. It's absolutely perfect and we love it. Tommy, the owner, was extremely responsive and even was happy to communicate via text message. Very personalized service. Will use again and highly recommend.

Just had LVP flooring installed in our basement, and are so happy with the results! Beautiful product, and such an upgrade from carpet. Floor looks and feels like wood, with no buckling, clacking, or bubbling after installation. Shout out to Trevor for clearly explaining all the different product options (and letting me take samples home from the showroom); Daniel, the efficient and professional installer (who left the place spic and span when done); and to Tommy for excellent customer service overall. Highly recommend!

Dominion was great to work with! We chose them because they had the product we wanted and had great experience and reviews. We were on a very tight timeline between ordering material and installation (we had just a few days total) and the team at Dominion was more than accommodating! Phenomenal experience all around. This was my first flooring project as a homeowner, and Dominion Floors was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I appreciated the knowledgeable recommendations as I explored material options, especially living in a condo building where soundproofing is important. Dominion Floors listened to my needs and presented sound solutions to approach the job. They were also patient and gracious as we navigated my building’s HOA requirements. The work was actually completed in less time than originally estimated, and my home was left orderly and clear of debris. Outstanding service! We are grateful for their honest, professional advice, and the care they took to ensure we had a long-term solution, rather than only a short-term fix. From the time Dominion Floors came for the free estimate until their service call, we have been impressed by their honesty and transparency about the potential costs, and options for repairing loose wood tiles in our floor. When their workmen came to do the service they pulled the first few loose tiles and identified an underlying problem of water leakage from under our door. After studying the problem, they explained that they could repair and replace the existing floor tiles, but that we would be wasting our money because until we fixed the water leakage, the problem would recur and the tiles would eventually become loose again. They carefully removed tiles to expose only the area affected by the water leakage so that we could more easily get it repaired. Then they carefully cleaned up the job site. Dominion floors also recommended someone who can fix the water leakage problem. We were so impressed by their honesty and professionalism that, once we've fixed the water leakage problem, we plan to hire Dominion floors to redo our entire wood floor! Thank you Dominion floors!
