I recently had the pleasure of visiting Indiana floors and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and knowledgeable staff who were eager to help. The store boasts an impressive selection of flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile, each displayed in a well-organized and aesthetically pleasing manner.What stood out most was the staff's expertise. They took the time to understand my needs, offering personalized recommendations based on my style and budget. They were patient, answering all my questions and providing insights into the durability and maintenance of various options.

Update 8/28/24:I never received a credit for unopened boxes as promised by owner. It has been 18 months and no one has reached out.————————————UPDATE: I received a call from the owner the day after I posted my review and he have me two options that weren't available to me at the time. Of the two only one made sense with is a full credit back to my credit cared for the two closed boxes only after a sale for the same material by any customer across the 6 locations. I commend the owner for calling me and trying to do resolved this matter in a agreeable way. Let's hope that the floors, which are beautiful by the way, sale soon so I don’t have to wait for months or longer for a refund. Changing from 2 to 3.8 stars based on this update and barring any issues with the agreement this may change.----break----I recently purchased almost $14k of flooring from the Lorton store. The flooring is considered a "special order" because they don't carry it in stock, but they are a wholesaler for the flooring I purchased "Naturally Aged." I have two unopened boxes (nearly $500) that they will not take back because it fits their definition of “special order.” It’s unfortunate because I had planned on putting in two additional orders for my other properties, but I’ll be looking elsewhere and have learned a valuable lesson. Should have asked the right questions. I’ll be letting my installer know so he’s aware when working with other customers. Maybe choosing a competitor with a friendly staff and better return policy is a better option.Pros:•A decent selection of flooring•Salesperson (Cody) seemed knowledgeableCons:•They will not take back flooring that they order from a wholesaler – YOU my friend are stuck with the extra materials. They consider anything they don’t carry in stock a special order so measure wisely and maybe order less if you can’t return it. This was not made clear to me upfront. In fact, I wanted to get less, and Cody rounded my UP to the next box rather than down to save me money.•The flooring that they do carry, they will charge you 10%-20% restock fee for returns (never seen any other place do this).•Wasn’t informed of the status of my shipment so I had to call a few times because my call was not returned. When I did speak to Cody, he seemed annoyed. All I wanted to do is get an estimate so I can give the contractor working on my floors a delivery date for planning purposes.•Upon delivery i was missing two boxes. I guess they calculated the wrong square ft. And it so happens that I now have two unopened boxes.
I bought Brazilian Teak ( hardwood) from Indiana Flloor. Carlos helped me through the process, right from selection to ordering to delivery. He was very helpful and I had a great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good quality wood and good service at a great price !! The other team members, Joe and Ana were also very pleasant and helpful.
