Purchasing new flooring was efficient throughout the entire process from choosing product to having it installed. The customer service in the store was exceptional and staff were very accommodating with the last minute changes we requested. Noel is very knowledgeable and friendly. After having issues with another flooring contractor I went to Leicester Flooring. My wife and I were treated extremely well and were provided several options on flooring and pricing. When the men arrived to do the install they were extremely quick and efficient. Through the whole process communication was great. We love the outcome.

Brad and his team could not be better! Customer service, thoughtful pricing, remnants and deals, they have it all and are there to meet you with a smile. We did an accent wall, flooring and a tile bathroom. Their installers are the most experienced and detail oriented I have ever seen.
