Monroy flooring guys are the best! Rudy kept mixing stains for us to get the right color for our red oak floors so they weren’t so ‘red’. In addition, they put the color combination in their files, months later I needed to get it and they texted me with the color combination. The most excellent service of all our construction people and even better customer service! Family owned and wonderful guys to work with. They are not happy unless you are happy. Highly recommend.
We hired the team at Monroy Hardwood Flooring to install hardwood floors in our home and are so happy with the result. Initially we were leaning toward luxury vinyl and received quotes from three other companies. He came out and suggested hardwood vs. vinyl and so glad he did. The estimate they provided was very competitive vs. the other companies. Communication was great with RJ, Rudy and Eric. They were very detailed about the work they performed and provided regular updates on the each step of the process. They checked in with us on key decision points to ensure we were aligned and happy with the work. When it came to staining the wood, RJ and Rudy came up with several options based on some ideas I had in mind. The end result is exactly what I had envisioned. Rudy, RJ and the rest of the team from Monroy Flooring worked on our house installing new hard wood floors and refinished existing hardwood floors. They did an excellent job! They are real professionals, really know what they're doing, and explained things to us throughout each step of the project. They have over 30 yrs experience which was obvious as they really knew what they were doing. They recommended and use top of the line materials, stain, and seal and tell you pros and cons of the different types/brands. They are also very pleasant, friendly, honest and hard working people. Rudy and his sons did a wonderful job on our hardwood floors in Sugar Grove. They perfectly blended and interlaced new hardwood with the previously existing hardwood floors! They really worked with us to help us find the perfect color stain we were after. They also carefully crafted the new hardwood around our stone fireplace. They were fast, efficient, clean and respectful. Will definitely be referring them to friends and family and will use them in the future when needed. Thanks again!
Rudy, RJ and the team were exceptional!!!! They installed wood floors throughout our upstairs and refinished our staircase. In addition to that scope, they had to match the color of the stain and polyurethane upstairs to the color and polyurethane of our existing wood floors on the first floor.Monroy was super professional, super helpful, listened to our requests, and did amazing work!
