I wish our experience could have been as positive as many others but it was not. Our contractor deals with Bob and when Bob first came to our home we were very impressed...and at ease....because Bob assured us that when the job was done we'd be totally satisfied and if we weren't he'd fix it. Well, after the job was completed even one of the tradespeople, also working in the basement, said that the seam looked noticeable. Our basement reno was completed on Dec. 22nd & we'd told the contractor we wanted Bob to come here & check it out. But it was not until 4 different appt's had been made and cancelled that we were told that indeed he was coming.....and that was in mid-February. However. it was NOT Bob who came. When we questioned the man who did show up he stated, after seeing the seam, "There is carpet..and there is good carpet. You have carpet." I then asked if thast meant we had sub-standard carpet and he replied again " There is carpet...and there is good carpet. You have carpet." And guess who the gentleman was that Bob sent in his place?? It was the man who was the INSTALLER of our carpet! Very disappointing indeed, Bob.I wish to add 2 responses to your reply, Bob: 1) We were NOT satisfied when the installer left that day; as a matter of fact, he did not even tell us he was leaving so he had no idea what we thought...as we hadn't seen the finished job at the time he left and 2_) There was not a single dissatisfied worker of our contractor that pointed out a single thing about the carpeting. It was only after my husband kept looking and touching the seam that any coment was made. Bottom line: YOU said if we were not completely satisfied you'd fix it....your error in saying it and ours in believing it. (no further responses will be made by us)

Absolutely amazing and mind blowing job on laminate floor fix. Bob took the time and truly wanted to help. He was the only one who had a positive mindset and provided the right solution of all other places I called before. All the others said it was impossible.Highly recommended!

It's rare that you find a company that delivers on their promises, but Bob at Impress Flooring does just that. He was extremely friendly, accommodating and flexible. He showed up the next day with samples, helped pick a carpet suitable for our environment (we have dogs) and helped choose a colour. He was very easy going and true to his word. The installers showed up on time and the agreed upon date and were done in 7 hours!! Excellent installers, very hard working. Bob showed up the morning of the install to make sure everything was OK and called after the install to make sure we were satisfied. Now that's service, and did I mention the upgraded underpad and excellent price!!?? If you're in the market for carpet, call Bob! Thanks Bob, and thank you installers!! (wish I would have written down their names).
