I had a fantastic experience at Tilemaster Aurora. I was greeted immediately upon entering and helped by a wonderful staff member (I didn't catch the exact spelling of his name, but he was incredibly helpful!).He was very patient, took the time to address all my questions, and walked me through the showroom to find the specific tiles that matched my needs. It made the selection process much easier. Highly recommend coming here if you need expert advice and great service.
Terrible experience at this store. will never return back!we picked up some mosaic tiles from the clearance section, luckily our contractor noticed the shade/colour of the tiles were not matching prior to installation and attempted to return/replace them at the store. Store manager was very unprofessional to deal with and not helpful. After wasting our contractors' time for 2 hours + me and my wife calling their store multiple times, they finally accepted to exchange the wrong shade/colour box with the correct one.We understand the store policy for not being able to return/replace/exchange final sale items, however, when there is deficiency with their product, they should be held responsible and help their customer.

One-stop shopping for all your tiling needs, from the tiles to mortar and thinset, stone sealant, spacers, edging, even colour-matched grout and caulk. The staff are amazing, all are very knowledgeable and super-friendly. Every time I go, greeted with a smile. It's not just a store, it's an experience!!
Renovated facilities are excellent, much brighter and more open. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Product selection and quality are both good and prices are reasonable. Lost one star due to restocking charges for returned product, but otherwise a great place to get tile and related supplies.
