This was our second time to purchase carpet from these folks, and it was a great experience. So great, in fact, that I wish other businesses would follow their model. Prices were posted on the displays (this was not the case at 2 other places we visited). The staff was helpful, but absolutely zero sales pressure. They scheduled on our timeline, showed up when promised, did a quality install, even saved us a few bucks after the measurement was complete. Cameron helped us, and was great. I'd absolutely buy from them again.

Very knowledgeable.Andre and team did the install. Outstanding job! We had pretty difficult stairs that were initially covered with carpet. He had to make lots of special cuts, and he did an amazing job!If you are needing flooring, this group is top notch! Thank you all for making our stairs looking like new again!
Salesperson was good and was very helpful. The carpet installers were not good. They missed one of my closets for carpet installation and wanted another $250.00 to come back to install it. It turned out that the measuring person from Carpet Exchange missed the closet also and they tried to blame me. I never even saw the measurements page of carpet installation. Also I live in a 2nd floor condo and the installers were throwing the old carpet trash out of my window down to the garden and sidewalk below. Very unprofessional! When I asked to speak to office manager about closet issue, she would never call me back and just ignored my issues. It took a week for salesperson to find someone else to finish installing my carpet in the entry closet.I used Carpet Exchange in Aurora many years ago and they were great, but now this particular location is terrible and I will never use them or recommend them again. Terrible management!
