The store has been great to work with. They explained the different flooring options and helped us pick out samples to look at in our home, even delivered samples once. Their installer was excellent and very quick. We’ll be using them for our carpet replacement soon.
Two installers worked diligently and competently to install about 50 sq. yds of carpet in two rooms, one with closet and irregular shape in about 3.25 hours. Finished rooms looked good and they removed all old materials and scraps. Their carpet stretcher did leave marks on the woodwork along one wall.
Our salesman, Larry Sales, was very knowledgeable. He brought out six large samples of carpet so we could see the colors in our home. He measured at the same time and gave us a quote.The installation staff were wonderful. They were right on time and finished our home in one day. They were friendly, very efficient, and hardworking. I highly recommend Carpet Mills.
I recently had vinyl floors installed and am having my carpets done next week. It has been a great experience so far! From the time that I walked into the showroom, Alex found exactly what I wanted for a fair, competitive price. Larry, the manager has been great about helping me schedule around my other home remodeling projects. Angel and Jose, were the two super nice, polite and professional young men who installed our floors. They worked so hard and did an amazing job!!!! I would definitely recommend Carpet Mill Outlets location on Quincy Ave in Aurora and will definitely use them again in the future!!
DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR CARPET. If you decide you have to go to carpet mill and you get Kyle Jurasek, ask for someone else.They say they will match prices, they won't. I got a quote from home depot for their premium carpet, and they wouldn't even match that. We ended up going with them anyways since they said they could put the carpet in in two weeks. A month later, we get a call from Kyle Jurasek because he lost measurements, and needs to redo it to get us carpet.When they FINALLY get in with the more expensive carpet, they only have orders for one of the floors, and I have to call and fix it. We were told it was a one day job, and it took two, with the first day taking until 8pm at night ( look at pictures below with my living room over the course of the night).I then went into the store to talk to someone, and the manager just keeps trying to explain to me why these things happened, instead of trying to make it right. It ended with me leaving at he yells at me because I wasn't interested in hearing why I should be ok with all of these problems with the more expensive company.
