(5/16/2023) Just had carpets installed in two bedrooms and closets. The installers, Miguel and Allen, were extremely detail oriented and have been doing this for over a decade together. Larry, the estimator, was very likable and friendly. Got a great price and product!Did another carpet install in January 2025 and it wasn’t done right. Company promised to fix it and then just changed their mind and said it would cost 350 to fix it. Went out and bought my own tools to adjust it. Never using this company again.
Charrell (store manager) made selecting the right flooring product efficient and I was very impressed with the installers’ proficiency and cleanliness. Will use Carpet Mill on South Abilene again.

Went to carpet mills a year ago got carpet installed. That was an easy process. But now the carpet is already wearing on the stairs after just 1 year. I called Larry who I worked with buying the carpet. He said he sent the photos I sent him to his DM Jamie Schrader. Larry called me back saying there is nothing carpet mills can do. Which to me is absurd because carpet mills is the one responsible for selling this carpet. I highly advise to NOT buy anything from carpet mills if this is how they operate.
From beginning of selecting carpet to installation. Great experience! I got to watch!! The team did awesome job. They were polite , efficient and left the area clean.
