The Simply Floors people were lovely to work with. They were very patient with me dragging my feet and were not pushy like some companies can be. And the floors are beautiful. They fixed a couple little things that were bothering me with no issues and I'm glad I did it! And I've discovered they now do interior painting as well. That will be the next project and they will be the first ones I reach out to.

Lyubov was a very helpful and knowledgeable guide helping us select our carpet from their many options on display in their Aurora showroom. She met us later at our home to verify measurements and ensure our carpet selection met our requirements. She was able to schedule the install within our last-minute 3-week time frame. The installers arrived promptly and worked in a very efficient and professional matter, thoroughly cleaning up after they were finished. They did a beautiful job and the carpet looks great. We will be using Simply Floors again for replacing the carpets in our bedrooms. Highly recommended!!
Last fall,Simply Floors installed laminate throughout our small one-story house. Extremely pleased with the outcome. Install crew was super-nice and conscientious. Salesperson, Alycia, was outstanding; very helpful and very patient with our decision-making. She worked very hard to get us the right material that met our needs; probably one of the best sales experiences we've ever had.Some minor warranty work has been taken care of with great efficiency.
When deciding on where to purchase carpet for our living room and bedroom, we were looking for a local small business. We saw Simply Floors was close to us and went in and met Kimberly. She was very helpful in finding two different carpet types for our different rooms. The samples that she helped us pick out at the showroom really looked good when she brought them to our house.The ordering and installation of the carpet was as simple as the previous process. The installation crew called before they arrived and moved all furniture, installed the carpet, removed the old carpet and moved the furniture back in less than 4 hours. Not only were they very efficient, they installed the carpet perfectly.We will go back to Simply Floors the next time we are in the need of new carpet.
Gary was absolutely AMAZING for my carpet purchase! I was referred to him from a large commercial contractor that has used him for years! I see why! He was patient, knowledgeable and truly made sure I was matched up with what I required of my flooring purchase needs! His install crew was clean, friendly, professional, efficient, thorough, careful with my furniture while moving, and they, too, did an AMAZING job! I've already sent my sister to him, and once again, he's met her flooring needs, too! I'll continue to highly recommend these guys!
