We recently had new flooring installed by Flooring Warehouse. While there were a few bumps along the way (as these projects sometimes do), the exceptional service—especially from our Account Executive, Matt Graybill—made all the difference.
He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to a positive outcome. Even while recovering from a weekend injury, he personally stopped by to check on the installation—something we truly appreciated.
Matt also went the extra mile by helping us document extensive damage left by a previous tenant, providing detailed and professional support that proved incredibly helpful.
