Everything was great no complaints and it included the back half of my house after flooding. Subfloor had to be replaced insulation, etc. new flooring walls painted new fixtures and appliances so to speak in the bathrooms two bathrooms always good.
I assumed when I was having my 3 bathrooms remodeled that it would include all. Like electrical, faucets, painting etcIt did not. Everything was considered extra besides new shower toilet and sink. I suggest recording your conversations to have proof of promises made but then denied. They advertised a $300 Costco card with the installation of a new bathroom. I had 3 bathrooms remodeled. No card.I spent a year calling over and over again. I was told by Daniel numerous times it was being ordered for me.But I became ill for awhile and i finally gave up.I'm happy with the final work and the workers were great! But as a single female I felt taken advantage of.
Their price is fair, but the quality of workmanship is low. They gave us an estimate without completely checking our plumbing situation. After installing the cabinets, we realized that they completely forgot about the second drainage. I brought it up to their attention, and they increased the original quote by $1000! Their plumbers are not experienced at all. Sam is always in a hurry, but Elli is more professional. After the job was finished, neither came to check their workers job, and only were interested in collecting the balance due.
I’ve been in the construction industry for almost 15 years (electrical and plumbing). With that being said not everyone has the luxury of that experience and can easily make mistakes when it comes to home improvement projects. When I do anything to my home of any importance; I like to get several quotes and truly understand what quality I’m getting in the items I’m getting in my BOM (bill of material).I had the pleasure of working with Daniel Constantine at One Stop Shop with a kitchen remodel for my home. I’m really impressed with the quality of the cabinets and the options provided by J&K cabinets. Which Daniel recommended for a great pre-fab option. The quartz countertops were well designed to with a low resin to quartz ratio which is something I desired.Daniel has a good eye for design, we bounced ideas back and forth and he gave me some really solid recommendations. He also knows what the market is looking for when it comes to picking materials and layouts that are favorable if you intend on selling your house. As for the install; they have a demo team, a cabinet team and a countertop team. The quality of the install was to my liking. They took the time and attention to detail. Anyone with an older home knows nothing is plum and everything needs to be shimmed to make everything level. They made sure all the little details where addressed. I can be extremely picky in how things are done and I felt like with these guys I didn’t need to be a foreman on the job site overlooking these guys.I would say that anyone looking to take on a a kitchen or bath remodel should give Daniel an opportunity, I think you will be happy with the experience.
We shopped around a few places and many places were just rude. One Stop Shop heard us out, asked lots of questions and ultimately gave us what we wanted. Not once did they push anything on us and were nothing but nice when we would have additional questions. Daniel worked with the space we already had and gave us everything that we were looking for. They worked with our budget and always gave us options. They have an amazing selection and Daniel was on top of everything from start to finish. Looking forward to future home projects with One Stop Shop
