Another reviewer reports waterproof flooring warping within half a year and says they were told it had a ten-year warranty, but calls and messages went unanswered as the issue dragged on for almost a year.

Great experience with True Floors. They carry some of the best laminate and waterproof flooring products in the industry—really solid quality and selection. Their service was just as impressive. The team was knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend

Been selling all types of flooring for years, and this company has been by far one of the easiest to work with. Great team and communication all across the board. Material not only looks great and is unique, but also never gives me any issues when installing it

My company has been buying flooring from them and we can’t complain good floors at a good price good people too

The waterproof flooring they sell has started to warp within half a year. When I bought it, they said it had a ten-year warranty, but they didn't answer my calls or WeChat messages, and they've been dragging it out for almost a year! They've been making excuses and playing dirty! The boss is a terrible person! Two years ago, the company was King Floors Inc., and now it's True Floors Inc.! Don't buy any of their products, they're all garbage! They ship garbage to the US and rip off our compatriots! I gave it one star just to write a review ????????
