Nicholas was fantastic to work with. He was friendly and patient. We were able to take the samples home and see what they would look like with our lighting. Esteban was also great! He came over to the house on two different occasions to measure additional areas we wanted to get carpet and tile for. Both Nicholas and Esteban have great communication skills. We will continue to go to Michael’s flooring for our carpet and tile needs.
Micheal’s Flooring was outstanding. Nick stepped up big trying to help us chose the proper flooring for our Home. All the employees were very professional and answered all our questions. The day the installers arrived they were fast and efficient. They made sure we had our bedroom back that night and the master bathroom. We replaced flooring in the entire house, so they had their work cut out for them. The floors and Baseboards turned out Awesome! From start to finish communication was great! It was a real pleasure to work with the entire staff. They care about the work they do and we so appreciate this. I would highly recommend “Michael Flooring” to anyone that is looking to get a new backsplash or new vinyl floors/carpet done. Their crew of two people showed up at my house (2 people for the backsplash project and 3-4 for the flooring carpet project) exactly at the time and said they would. They were friendly fast and efficient, and when we hit a very small roadblock (for the backsplash project), they were upfront and honest about the issue that they saw which was very pleasing to me that they brought it to my attention. After everything was done it looked absolutely amazing! Which keep in mind, it only took them 4 1/2 hours to do (backsplash project, carpet and vinyl flooring took 3 days), which in my mind was very fast. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole process from beginning to end and our sales consultant Nehad was SO fantastic! She was very kind to me and my wife and helped us through the entire process and made everything so easy, she made it much easier than I would’ve expected that I would’ve been. So if you’re looking for new backsplash or vinyl flooring, or carpet install do yourself a favor and save yourself any headache by just going over and checking out Michael flooring and hiring them today! Highly recommend them and their team!!!

Pricing was comparable to other companies but the service is what stood out. The demo and install was completed one day ahead of schedule and turned out wonderful. We will use them again. Thank you!
