I always loved b&w checkered tiled French floors. However, I did not want to rip off my kitchen's hardwood floor for tiles. The alternative was sheet vinyl installed on top of hardwood. Turned out this pattern is hard to come by. First flooring store told me it was only available this June. Chris from THAT FLOORING STORE, however, did some research and found a supplier who could deliver right away. Since it would have generated unproprotional shipping cost Chris suggested to add my oder to a future big order to avoid shipping cost entirely. It just took a little patience. The vinyl comes in a square pattern but I wanted a diamond layout. The Flooring guys did the math and figured out exactly how many running feet of vinyl I needed. The first store estimated almost twice as much as Chris charged me and he even delivered with no extra cost. Communication was excellent from start to finish. It made me wonder about customer service when I learned that both stores have the same supplier. The first store couldn't have cared less about my small order. Chris on the other hand treated me like a valued customer and did everything to help me to my beloved b&w diamond kitchen floor. That is true customer appreciation independent of order size and value.Although Google does not allow it, That Flooring Store deserves ten stars.
Chris was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me track down a specific tile backsplash piece I was looking for to match my vanity. He gave me options and how to.best go about completing my project. Awesome customer service!
I recently got my kitchen redone with new cabinets, sink and counter tops done by That Flooring Store. Chris’ communication was excellent, the time it took to complete was efficient, the cost was very reasonable and the quality of the work was great! Even my boyfriend who is a trade’s guy and is very picky has said it was done very well. I highly recommend this business! Thanks Chris and Fred for an excellent job!
