Bela was super helpful and knowledgeable. She was really patient following us around the store as we changed our minds repeatedly. We visited on multiple occasions before we were ready to buy. The staff know just the right mix of being available when you need help but giving customers space to browse if they aren’t ready to buy. I highly recommend for anyone in the market for flooring!
Andrew was amazing! He was very professional and knew how to help me measure for my job. He also was quick scanning my items quickly to ring and he even loaded my items so they would fit snug.My over all experience was great and the prices are lower than other places.
Please don't get me going on Floor Decor, they are absolutely fantastic, if you go there and you see a floor...they have it in stock... there's no ordering. There's no waiting. There's no out of stock items or anything like that and their service people are super helpful. If you don't know what you want, they'll give you a little advice and they will keep it moving, they don't stand over you. And press you into that doing anything. The management is really nice. Also, and their prices compared to other places that don't have the availability is fantastic. If you see it, they have it there in the store. Couldn't recommend them higher. They need have everything you need from the Design style, installation & repair items. All of that stuff, they have everything there.
