Reviews note helpful design consultations and patient guidance when choosing tile and staying within budget. Some customers report concerns about product availability, returns between locations, and follow-up on product issues. Experiences with in-store knowledge vary, with a few calling out confusion on special orders. Overall sentiment highlights strong selection with mixed feedback on consistency of service and policies.

Don’t waste your time with this place because their return policy is inconsistent. We had 2 unused boxes of product and trim. We found the floor at this location but despite the display they had none so it had to be ordered in. When we tried ti return they said none of our products were stocked at that store and sent us to Jantzen Beach. So in the spirit of passing it on don’t come here to this private equity owned BS business and shop local like CFM or one of the many local suppliers. You’re not getting one-stop convenience.

I had a free design consultation at Floor & Decor with Lucy Vitali today, and she was fantastic. I was feeling overwhelmed by the sheer number of options, but Lucy was patient, understanding, and helped me stay within my budget while providing honest input. After an hour, I left with all my tile selections and a full estimate in hand. I couldn't have done it without her—I highly recommend Lucy!

Do not buy this flooring, or go to this company.

I had a professional installer put down 990 sq feet of bramble oak, * now missing from inventory* .
2 weeks later it started falling apart. After much delay, delay, until client goes away, FDcor says its the fault of my house!!!!! and found a way to blame the installers.
I had HD lifecore down for 7 years with no issues. Laid by my contractor.
No compensation, no assistance.
My contractor has laid floors for years, and he is furious. He has never seen a floor fall apart like this, and will not be sending clients there again.
I loved the floor, beautiful, easy to clean,, and it fell apart at the seams.
Floor will have to come up.
By using their home inspector, you are doomed to denial..
This is my experience.

The only time I have had a quick response is when I write my review!!!
we have been through your process of multiple requests for paper work and non responsibility/ delay since July of 2025

hate to say it, but I agree with the review about the staff. the only helpful person was the designer that helped me pick out this stuff.

I had a very disappointing experience at Floor and Decor this week. I visited on Saturday to look at their thin brick displays and we really liked a style called Cobblestone. We asked about ordering it and the employee helping us clearly did not know how to do that. He looked it up on his handheld device, but what he showed us did not match the color of the display at all. He insisted it was the same product and that the display had faded. This store is new, so I knew that explanation was impossible.

He called on the radio for help and after waiting fifteen to twenty minutes with no one coming, we left. I figured I could order the brick online instead.

When I checked at home, I found that the website listed two different thin bricks called Cobblestone. One matched the display and one matched what the employee kept trying to tell me was correct. When I added the brick we wanted to my cart and selected Ship to Store, it tried to charge me nearly two hundred fifty dollars in shipping. That made no sense. I added the other Cobblestone brick to my cart and it showed free shipping.

I printed screenshots of both versions and went back into the store a few days later so they could help me order the correct one without the massive shipping charge. Unfortunately, the same employee was there and again tried to help. He pulled up the products on the computer and started giving long confusing explanations about why there would be shipping charges for one and not the other. None of what he said made sense and he would not stop talking. Eventually he called someone else over.

The woman who came to help took pictures of my screenshots and said she would call her boss. Fifteen minutes later, she came back and said she did not know why one version had free shipping. She insisted that I would need to pay shipping for all of them. I told her that did not seem likely, because no one would buy materials from them if they had to pay shipping that was half the cost of the product. I asked, so for anything I buy in your store I have to pay shipping. She confirmed that. Keep in mind, I'm trying to have it shipped to the store, not my home. I asked why that is not disclosed anywhere in the store, because it made no sense. At that point I was frustrated and left.

Once I got home I checked several other thin brick colors. None had any shipping cost for Ship to Store. Many could even be picked up at the store the same day.

At this point I suspect that the Cobblestone brick we liked is discontinued and that might explain the shipping charge. But if that is the case, why is it still on display while the other color is not?

I worked in retail years ago and I have rarely seen employees so poorly trained. They insisted they were correct even though their explanations were incoherent and did not match the website or the products in front of us. A basic level of knowledge or even a clear explanation would have satisfied me, but instead I got a runaround from two different employees who seemed overwhelmed and unprepared for pretty basic retail tasks.

This was my first attempt at doing business with Floor and Decor and it left me extremely disappointed. They need to invest in employee training because this experience was unacceptable.

Hi I'm Keith H. and I recently purchased 9 48" by 48" tiles to do my master shower. Your website was the only store that had tiles in the size and color. Most stores have gone to only carrying stock in the trending colors (white, beige, Grey's, the light colors). I wanted tiles that would pop. I purchased yours for the awesome color pop. Then I had two guys install them for me and even they commented how this would be a showcase shower. One extra tile that also ended up with a scratch was returned to my card without any delay the expensive never questioned. I Couldn't be more pleased. I am recommending all to use your store. Thanks
