Dario and his crew did a fantastic job and their meticulous attention to detail and doing things to perfection, were truly noted in our case!! We had an entry way that had 29 year old solid red oak flooring. We had Dario pull out the vinyl flooring in the kitchen and the carpet in the hallways and install solid red oak flooring. The results were spectacular and their matching process with the old and new was so great, you cannot tell the difference!! They were a joy to work with and Dario is fantastic in following up with any questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!
I hired Dario to replace the flooring on my entire home. The project cost was around 13K (6K labor and 7K material, Shaw waterproof hardwood). I am very dissatisfied with the outcome1. The kitchen area started moving the next day, and large gaps showed up (see picture)2. After contacting him repeatedly for a month, he came to fix this.3. The fix had several issues. The fixed area is not steady and moves when I walk on it. I am concerned about the longevity of the area.4. After I informed him about the issue, his email response was “ we only provide a 30 days guarantee in our work, we do not provide a lifetime guarantee we are nor responsible for any damage or problems may result in the future”5. They dented my brand-new refrigerator and damaged my deck.6. His final bill was 50% more than the initial estimate. The only change was adding new baseboards instead of using existing ones.If you value your time and money, don’t hire them.
Dario Badillo and his team did an amazing job reflooring my home. It entailed removing old flooring and carpeting and installing all new. They were courteous, professional and caring. IUpon contacting Dario, he came right over that day to see the job and estimate the work to be done. That is not typical of the experience I have had. Work was completed in 3 days and attention was paid to cleaning up after the work was completed. Can’t recommend them enough!! The best!!
