I got my carpet installed yesterday, I absolutely love it. Cody was my salesman, he did a great job answering questions I had, he helped out with picking out samples, he was very professional and helpful. I got my installation date and when the installers came ( I can't remember thier names) they were on time very nice and did absolutely great work i couldn't be happier with the end results, very happy customer here
As a Real Estate Broker, I need great contractors and suppliers and usually need them on short notice. Jessica, manager at Best Buy Flooring, has helped me on multiple occasions. Not only is she available at the store, she has also visited my client's homes, taken measurements and assisted in picking out the perfect flooring. FYI, she studied design and has a great eye for complicated projects. 5 Stars all the way.
We paid for flooring over a year ago. Some of our flooring had a completely different finish. We had to submit photos to have them reviewed by the manufacturer to see if they agree it’s different. We also received broken planks and ones with black marker drawn on them. Over a year later haven’t heard back or received any sort of refund. Pictures clearly show the difference and damage. We used them to redo our entire house carpet and lvp. I wish we could go back and never choose them. Now we are stuck with mismatched flooring that we paid thousands for.
When I searched for shower tile this place comes up, but that's definitely not right. They have a heavy selection of carpet, wood floor tile and rugs. If that's what you're looking for then this is the place for you.
