Doug and Julie Nitz replaced our master bath floor and shower for us and we are beyond thrilled. Hello Brandon, my floor planks should not be gapping after 3 years. I have no pets, children, or heavy traffic in my home. My neighbors that built new homes during the time that I did are not having this issue, similar floor plan, with kids and pets. Your company may do quality work, unfortunately that was not my experience. The floors were my biggest excitement of my 4th new home knowing it was custom to my liking and also knowing I was spending whatever was needed to have the LVP flooring throughout my entire home no carpet to be disappointed. The gaps shown in the picture are in many spots throughout my home including spaces I never utilize.
Do not hesitate to hire this company! The entire team was awesome ?? Doug, Julie, Lisa and Mindy were wonderful to work with. Brandon and Ryan who installed my floors were on time, professional and just all around great guys!! Custom Floors and More will be my go to place for all of my future projects. Julie and Doug and the team at Custom Floors went above and beyond to help us through a stressful home rehab that required new flooring throughout the entire house. Their team was knowledgeable about the products they offer, helpful in answering our many questions and making sure we had picked the right flooring and colors for our space, and very responsive to any concerns we had. We had old them demo the old carpet and flooring and install around 1800 square feet of new LVP (Coretec, Mornington Oak) and carpet (Lucky Penny, Flaxen) plus stair nose—the process was smooth start to finish. Any issues that came up were addressed promptly. Our new flooring looks great!! The pictures are in-process during the rehabbing…I’ll add more once we are fully moved in and out of boxes! We are beyond grateful for their help in allowing our family to be able to make this house a home.
I have nothing but praise for the Custom Floors and More team! It was perfection from consultation to project completion. Brandon constantly stayed available for my questions and communicated in a timely manner. He respectfully gave constructive feedback with my design requests but always followed up with “but I just want you to be happy so we will make it work if it’s what you really want”. I trusted his judgement and followed his advice…I’m SO glad I did! Beyond their excellent communication, the different teams that came for each part of the project were super quick but produced top notch quality work. The finished result is stunning and truly transformed our home. There are a lot of flooring companies you can choose out there with great products, but if you want a company that genuinely has your best interest in mind, respects your budget, and is professional in every aspect, CFM is the ONE! Thank you to Brandon and all the hard working members of the team who poured their best into our home!
