We had a wonderful experience with Best Floor Coverings. The owner, Alex, was incredibly responsive and accommodating to our scheduling needs. He took the time to help us select the right LVP flooring materials and was very detail-oriented in planning the entire project.

The installation team of two was excellent - very careful, professional, and respectful of our home. They always cleaned up after themselves and made sure the work area was tidy each day. The project was completed on time, and the results look great.

Our experience with Alex and Best Floor Coverings was really great. Our project scope was to match our existing hardwoods by extending to an office, master bedroom, and stairs leading to our finished basement with added carpet runner. His initial consultation was thorough making sure he understood the scope of the project. When we delayed the project he was very understanding and followed up monthly just to check in. His quote was very reasonable after four. He wasn’t the most expensive or the cheapest but we felt the most comfortable with his ownership and professionalism. I would definitely recommend reaching out to give him an opportunity to earn your business. The stain was a tough match too as our floors hadn’t been refinished in 8-years and his team nailed it.
