Our experience with Alex and Best Floor Coverings was really great. Our project scope was to match our existing hardwoods by extending to an office, master bedroom, and stairs leading to our finished basement with added carpet runner. His initial consultation was thorough making sure he understood the scope of the project. When we delayed the project he was very understanding and followed up monthly just to check in. His quote was very reasonable after four. He wasn’t the most expensive or the cheapest but we felt the most comfortable with his ownership and professionalism. I would definitely recommend reaching out to give him an opportunity to earn your business. The stain was a tough match too as our floors hadn’t been refinished in 8-years and his team nailed it.
