A previous tenant put a hole in my floor. Walking over the hole made it feel like you were going to fall through the floor. I was devastated. I immediately asked my husband for advice and he recommended a contractor come out. I called 4 contractors and each one quoted me prices in the $16,000 range. I googled flooring contractors again and expanded my search and found David's Flooring. The owner (David) came out to personally give me a quote. He was punctual and thorough and the quote was reasonable and in my budget. I was given a project manager and a team of contractors to do the flooring. I decided to get the carpet redone and put into each bedroom for uniformity and because the previous tenant stained the carpet.Every step of the way they kept us in the loop. It was such a great experience. The final walkthrough was so pleasant and everything was perfect. I will definitely use them again for my other house and I confidently recommend them and can say they did a fantastic job on my rental. Now I feel good about listing it to get new tenants. We hired David's Flooring to install LVP flooring, a quartz kitchen countertop with undermount sink, and tile backsplash. Vitaliy and Adrian worked with us on the project, and they were both very knowledgeable, transparent, and communicative during the whole process. They happily accommodated additional asks that came up, like installing a new bathroom vanity we had intended to attempt ourselves after the floors were installed (and they did such a better job than we could have done). They even caught and fixed a gas leak caused by another company's improper installation of a new gas range. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end results, and the finished product looks even better than we hoped for. Their crew pays attention to detail and you can tell in the finishing touches. They were a pleasure to work with and we will happily use David's Flooring for future home projects!
My experiences with David's Flooring have been great. Vitaliy and his team ripped out my old carpet and damaged hardwood on the first floor and staircase of our home. We replaced it with LVP, which they have a large selection of. I hoped to get it done before a birthday party and they worked hard to accomplish this within week. Outstanding communication throughout the process. We're very pleased with the job they did. There have been a few issues in the past year with the staircase, but they have come out to fix it each time. I would absolutely recommend getting your floors done with David's!
