Finally found the best flooring company in Bellevue after calling around for weeks. Andrew came out for the free estimate and actually listened to what we wanted. Our 1940s fir floors were a disaster - water stains, scratches from the dog, you name it. The dustless hardwood floor refinishing process was incredible. I was expecting sawdust everywhere but there was practically nothing. They moved our couch and protected everything with plastic. Walking on these floors now feels like being in a different house. The Swedish finish they recommended has held up great after 6 months.
