Floor Coverings International of Bend

We recently worked with Floor Coverings International and had a truly excellent experience from start to finish. FCI mobile showroom made the entire process feel easy and personalized. We were confident in our selections after we were able to see flooring samples in our own home and lighting. Katy’s design eye was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She brought thoughtful guidance without ever making things feel overwhelming or sales-driven, and helped us find selections that felt both beautiful and aligned with the feel of each space. We were genuinely impressed by the professionalism and communication of the entire team. The process felt organized, collaborative, and caring from beginning to end. We are so happy with how the flooring turned out and would highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for both quality work and a supportive, streamlined experience.

What can I say about Patrick and Floor Coverings? If you want true experts in floors that stand by what they do, go with them. You will be in good hands. They will do huge jobs to small repairs. They are great at coming up with creative and custom solutions for any job. They know what type of floor should be installed in any commercial, office, apartment, or home environment. If you want the job done right, go with them. I am also enclosing some pictures of my client's rental house, where they have put new carpets.

We had such a positive experience from start to finish with floor coverings international!! Everyone was lovely to work with from the consultation with Katy, Auston the installer and Rosie who oversaw the project. They had prompt communication and frequent updates which we appreciated . As someone who has had a negative home remodel experience this was night and day the complete opposite! And the final product was exactly what we were hoping for. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to get their floors redone
