Hardwood Industries, Inc. of Bend

I want to like this place…I really do. But both times I’ve come here the customer service has been extremely disappointing. The employees get visibly irritated when you ask questions or place an order, and their attitude is rude and unwelcoming. 2 stars because their products are solid, but the overall experience is pretty awful.

Good quality products but 50/50 on the customer service. The couple times I’ve gone there you either get someone who will go out of their way to help you or get someone who is just miserable with life that doesn’t want to deal with people at all. Hard to support local with crap service.

A huge shout out to Hardwood Industries for helping me build a table for a non-profit organization, Street Dog Hero. Their expert help in picking out my hardwood and then helping me size the material was incredibly helpful. I have worked with these folks for a while now as I am a new woodworker and feel very comfortable asking many questions. Thanks for all your help and I will be seeing you soon!

I am a sop foreman/project manager for a nationwide commercial construction company. We have had the pleasure of doing business with Hardwood Industries in Bend for 6 or 7 years now. The entire crew does whatever it takes to make it work for you. Dan and Tom at the front counter are no less than amazing with their vast knowledge, they are always willing to share ideas, and very often suggesting ways to make my life better with specialty products or services they have available that I am un aware of. They only handle quality products, I always save money and get better materials than the big box stores offer! I have never been disappointed! Hardwood Industries is one of my favorite places to do business with! Having them my side, helps put me on the winning team!
