SHOUT OUT to Alana (for being an awesome person) and Victoria for saving the day when we needed a Vadara quartz slab urgently following a mishap at my fabricator. Victoria went above and beyond to make this happen when all scenarios pointed towards delaying this Berkeley Hills kitchen project over the holiday period. THANK YOU VICTORIA!

Tom at All Natural Stone was super helpful when we needed tiles in a pinch for a project that was already started. Quick with communication and happy to text options and updates, which was helpful since I have a full time job. Thank you, Tom!

Had a fantastic experience buying a marble slab here from Cameron! I walked in without an appointment and he very cheerfully spent a ton of time showing me around & helping me understand the options. I felt that not only was he NOT trying to get me to spend as much money as possible, he genuinely wanted me to make the best possible choice within my budget. Specifically, I was kinda eyeing some *extremely* pricey slabs, but Cameron helped me think about how/where the slab would be cut for my three different vanities, rather than needing to pay a premium for a slab that could be used as a single piece. I am super grateful!! Tbh I’ve done a LOT of supply shopping in the last few months for a pretty extensive renovation project and this is the first time I’ve specifically thought I should write a great review for a store & salesperson.

The only reason I stopped in was, my family had already picked out floor tile from another store in December, however our tile was in back order tell April. I could not wait anymore. So I stopped by with our tile sample. And they had one that was almost exact. And had it in stock. Yahoo thank you!!

My husband and I went into the Berkeley location this morning and was never greeted (no good morning, no if you need help let me know) or acknowledged. We left and not a word was spoken by any staff member to us during the entire time we were looking around. No one looked up from their desk/monitors to say anything or help. We were in the market for a slab for an island and countertops, and were hoping to get help to place an order. 9/29/21 Update I wanted to update my review with 5 Stars! We went to All Natural Stone in Burlingame and we were pleasantly surprised with the great service we received. We worked with Sherri Jarrett and got the A+ treatment. We purchased our slabs from All Natural Stone and are more than happy with the results. Sherri made sure that the veins on the island matched the waterfall sides. Definitely the WOW factor.
