Showroom, selection, sales and installation were tremendous, just absolutely top notch. We had two projects -- stairwell carpet replacement; and bedroom carpet removal and laminate installation. There were challenges to both and Floor Dimensions personnel responded with grace, with patience and never left us "hanging high and dry". The completed projects are wonderful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, 10-stars out of 5!
Our experience was great from the showroom to the installation. Jason was great and our installers Angel and his son did a great job. They worked 12 hour day to get it done. And the carpets looks great.
Floor Dimensions has installed vinyl flooring and carpeting for us many times over many years. They just completed the most challenging job yet--remove old kitchen flooring and install hardwood flooring. The job they did is incredible! Their installers could not have been more professional, efficient and friendly. When they finished the job, the floor looked great (of course), but equally impressive is how thoroughly they cleaned up, vacuuming and wiping all surfaces and floors to remove the inevitable sawdust. I cannot recommend Floor Dimensions more highly.I should also mention how helpful our sales person was. Jason patiently explained all of the hardwood options, and answered all of our questions. And once we signed the contract, Jason stayed involved right through completion of the job.
